Join Voices in Action—a powerful summer program for Black and Brown youth (ages 14–22) who are ready to organize, advocate, and make a difference.
Program Dates: June 17th – September 15th, 2025
Location: Hybrid. Build something meaningful with your peers from across the country.
Stipends & Support: Earn and Learn: Youth participants earn a participation stipend while learning meaningful personal and professional skills. Weekly participation required (2-3 hour commitment each week via Zoom and 1-2 in-person events scheduled over the course of the program period). Free meals/snacks at all in-person events. Transportation support for public actions available. Community service hours also available. Thrive Sis swag for all participants!
What You’ll Do
Learn about your rights and how to speak up at school
Use art, media, and tech to create powerful advocacy content
Attend school board meetings and justice-focused community events
Build a strong network of youth leaders across the region
Help design and launch a public advocacy toolkit
